2025 Spring Turf Season
U14, U16 & U19
Travel & Practice Teams
Practices begin March 23
The Spring Turf season will run from March 23 through June 14. All U14, U16 & U19 Travel teams will play in 3 set tournaments and practice 2 days a week. Travel players will have a set Nassau or Suffolk Skill practice on Sundays and a team only practice on Tuesdays at Veterans Park in Selden. Practice players will only practice at their set Sunday Skill practice location with no tournament play.
All players must be USA Field Hockey members

Open to all players registered for the Spring Turf Season. Players must attend one date to be considered. Evaluation Fee of $35 will be charged at registration.
2 Practice Locations
Players can register for Skill Practice sessions at either Veterans Park, Selden on Sunday's from 8-10am or Long Island Sports Complex, Freeport from 4-6pm on Sundays. Travel teams will have an additional team practice on Tuesday evenings at Veterans Park, Selden.
